This is a private residence with very limited parking in the surrounding area. Visitors are encouraged to plan their visit ahead of time and allow extra time on arrival.

Alternative parking is available at Woollahra Council Chambers (536 New South Head Road), approximately a 200 metre walk from the property.

Collection

Collection strictly from Thursday 7 May to Monday 11 May (excluding weekend).

Due to the residential location, buyers are strongly encouraged to arrange collection through a professional carrier from our preferred list.

Buyers collecting in person are kindly asked to bring their own packing materials and suitable assistance for larger items.

All lots must be paid in full prior to collection. Please allow up to 24 hours for bank transfers to clear before attending, as items cannot be released until funds have been received.
